On this video we showing how to troubleshoot a problem with the air conditioning main blend door on a 2002 ford f150 we found a bad blend door actuator moto.

The 2011 ford f 150 has 2 different fuse boxes. The temperature blend door actuator which is located behind the radio on top of the evaporator case. Remove the blend door actuator mounting screws from the hvac module. Pull the hvac control fuse in the box in the passenger kick panel pictured for a minute with the engine off and key removed.
